The 2 star Hotel Villa Pinares de Mayarí, more than 600 meters above the sea level, is the ideal hotel for those who want to explore the National Park of La Mensura, in Holguin. .
In addition to being one of the first eco-tourist facilities in Cuba, the hotel Pinares de Mayarí, built in 1967, is made up of rustic wooden huts inspired by the Swiss style, which integrate perfectly with the natural environment, characterized by the presence of a microclimate that keeps the region cool throughout the year.

The natural splendor of the area includes pine forests, ferns, streams, waterfalls and freshwater lagoons, making it a perfect place to climb, hike, observe birds, swim in rivers or visit coffee, cocoa and coconut plantations, among others. From the hotel, excursions on foot, horseback riding and truck safaris are organized.
The hotel, although simple and somewhat disused, has a restaurant-bar-cafeteria with very good dining options, in addition to a nice little pool, a gym, a mini-botanical garden, facilities for outdoor sports, game room, meeting room and massage. In addition, it includes national and international telephony services, day and night activities and laundry.
It also consists of 29 standard rooms that do not require air conditioning due to the peculiarities of the micro climate where the hotel is located. All are equipped with two personal beds, private bathroom (or shared in the case of quad cabins composed of two double rooms with common room and bathroom), telephone, satellite TV, dry cleaning service, safe, minibar and terrace.
Simple hotel, with rustic, mountain airs, but perfect for a fresh vacation, in direct contact with Cuban nature. Acceptable staff and services.
